Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, all orders ship within three weeks of order date. We ship from Texas to all 50 of the states within the USA. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Packages go out via USPS and UPS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on where you are located within the United States. We strive to get all packages delivered within a week of leaving our office. Unfortunately, once your package leaves in the hands of the postal company we do not have control over their timeline. You will receive a tracking number.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged please reach out with photos immediately so we can get the issue resolved for you.

We cover the cost of insurance when shipping out packages. If there is any damage during shipment we require photos of the products and the box be emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim. You must take photos of the damaged shipping package in order to receive a replacement.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of the order being placed if the order has not shipped yet.

Do you take custom requests?

We love to work on custom orders when time allows. We try to set aside a certain number of hours a month to work on custom projects. Please reach out to find out when our next availability is.
