Finding Dory Blueberry Peach Yogurt Popsicles
To make these Finding Dory inspired popsicles we used two layers that resembled the colors of Dory, blue and yellow. To make the blue layer we used blueberry yogurt and the yellow layer was peach. You can also use banana. To keep it simple you can spoon yogurt into your popsicle molds. However, for the blueberry layer, we made a blueberry smoothie and poured in.
We mixed things up a bit. For some of the popsicles we made even layers and for others, we made a yogurt swirl.
After you layer your yogurt and/or smoothie mixture into your popsicle molds, place in the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen. To pull the popsicles out of the molds, I held them under warm water for about 30 seconds and they released.
These healthy Finding Dory inspired treats were delicious! The whole family loved them. It was even better than drinking a smoothie, you can eat it as a popsicle. In a few of the popsicles, I tossed in a fresh blueberry to give a fruit chunk to enjoy.
